I would like to thank Mr and Mrs Richardon for their purchase of my work Highlands in memory of their son Daniel . He loved nature and especially geology on his long walks . It’s a perfect mix of my art as a tribute to a special person who was much loved by his family and parents carol and Harvey. They were so happy with it and it’s such a fitting piece of work with open spaces, mountains and a river flowing through

A textured base of sand and chalk is added to highlight the rocks and terrain then the gouache and chalk paints are added with sprays and inks. tiny hints of gold mineral powder give slight light reflections – only tiny but very effective
