NAMIBIA is an magical land carved by wind, storms and geological marvels

Beginning with the earth in its infancy this mineral filled desert land was made by tumultuous processes and was once joined to South America (Brazil area) billions of years ago. Vast deserts and sun dunes as high as buildings - and a coast shrouded in mist. Namibia is so rich in minerals - that for hundreds of miles along its coast the diamond covered beaches are patrolled by helicopters and guards of the De Beers Company.

My family live in Africa and I donated this to a charity in SW Africa that does great work in the harsh land known as the Karoo. It is a forbidding place and the Karoo Animal Protection Society do great work (www.kaps.org.za) saving live stock and wildlife needing care and rescue. This charity really uses the funds on the animals and not on expensive bosses
