I wanted to use silver a lot as a base and a lot of direction force, emanating out from a lower centre point. After creating the painting and each time adding new areas, light sprays as a finisher help to give the illusion of depth. it could be a mountain range or a Universal explosion. Your imagination takes control.
Hints of pure silver and gold really highlight the range of colours I set down in the painting.In building up the layers of colour, each layer is encased in resin to give an almost 3 d effect.
The most fulfilling part is the final touches, just dabs of colour which suddenly make it alive
